Florida Department of Law Enforcement has a comprehensive computerized criminal information reporting system. With over 4 million offenders and 15 million arrests it represents one of the largest files of its kind in the nation. The report shows the charges, dates of arrest and disposition of the case. Arrest information is limited to the last 7 years unless an arrest resulted in a conviction, in which case the 7 year limitation does not apply. The report is usually returned in 2-3 business days.
